Tracy Jones, owner and CEO of The Quintessential VA (TQVA), brings a strong blend of education, experience, and entrepreneurial drive to her work. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s in Administration/Organizational Development, she’s skilled at navigating the realities of business operations, contracts, and organizational systems. TQVA grew out of Tracy’s genuine love of organization and time management and her desire to help small business owners stop drowning in details. She now uses her background in administration, organizational development, and contract acquisition to create calm, efficient structures that free her clients to focus on growth, impact, and the work only they can do.
