Clarity Plan

Momentum Plan

  • 20-Hours Monthly
  • Averaging 5 hours weekly
  • A more engaged partnership where we collaborate regularly to keep your business flowing. Expect deeper oversight, greater continuity, and reliable week-to-week support.

Focus Plan

  • 30-Hours Monthly
  • Averaging 7.5 hours per week
  • A strong operational presence woven into your business. This level provides robust support, helping you stay proactive, organized, and ahead of deadlines with fewer bottlenecks.

Vision Plan

  • A high-touch partnership offering extensive operational assistance. You gain dedicated support that stabilizes your backend, reduces overwhelm, and preserves your energy for higher-level work.
  • 60-Hours Monthly
  • Averaging 15 hours weekly
  • A comprehensive, near-fractional-operations level of support. This tier delivers significant continuity, strategic stability, and the ability to keep complex or fast-moving operations running smoothly.

**Monthly Retainer packages requirement full monthly payment before any work commences. Hourly packages will require a deposit based on estimated hours as discussed during the discovery call.

For monthly retainer packages:

  • Retainers secure the Contractor’s availability and priority access, not the actual hours worked.
  • Because availability is reserved exclusively for the Client(s), the full retainer amount is billed each month, regardless of whether all hours are used.
  • Retainer hours do not roll over, are not credited, and are not refunded or transferable.
  • Full payment for the monthly retainer is due before any work begins for that month.
  • The 50% after-hours surcharge applies to the package’s base hourly rate and is billed based on the actual time required for any rush task.

Any additional project-related costs incurred by the Contractor will be included in a subsequent invoice, if applicable.
