Twenty-five years across federal, nonprofit, and consulting environments sit behind that sentence. As a federal Contracting Officer, I held warrant authority over an $800K+ annual budget and served as de facto operations director of a federal advisory body, running HR, payroll, records, assets, and onboarding. Six years as executive assistant to a C-suite team at a national nonprofit research corporation taught me what principal-level support actually requires.

Today I am the integrated operations lead for a 15-person facilitation and consulting firm, a role whose scope has expanded twice in two years, and I bring that same operations director capability to a small number of firms at a fraction of a hire. Systems and SOPs, retreats and events, client onboarding and offboarding, pipelines, and executive-level support — delivered on reserved-capacity retainers.
