Time is billed in 15-minute increments. After-hours access, including weekends and rush requests, adds 50% to the base rate. Additional hours exceeding the package plan will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

Full fractional operations leadership: operations director capability at a fraction of a hire, with priority access and the continuity to keep complex, fast-moving work running.
Billing & Payment Terms
Monthly retainers are payable on the 1st of the month via Zelle or ACH wire transfer. A $25 late fee applies to balances outstanding after the 7th.
- Billing runs on a monthly (30-day) cycle. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
- Preferred payment methods are Zelle and ACH wire deposit. If you need other payment arrangements, please discuss them during the discovery call.
- A $25 late fee is added to the outstanding balance on day seven (7) after an invoice is past due. If we do not receive payment by the 15th of the month, we will suspend services until the balance is paid in full.
- Time is billed in 15-minute increments. Additional hours beyond your package are billed at the standard hourly rate.
- Any additional costs incurred while working on your projects will be included in a subsequent invoice, if applicable.
- We begin with a 90-day trial period. If either of us finds the fit isn’t right, the agreement can be ended with 14 or 30 days’ written notice.
